Where are we?

Where are we?

I present you also the tanks for the open fermentation that slightly remembers the past, when fermentation was made in large rooms with large tanks, that in those old days were built in brick, covered with materials able to contain beer.

Ours, obviously, are made of steel, and they are equipped with washing ball and automatic cooling, but the principle of operation is the same as it used to be in the past.
Here they have just been "passivated". Passivation is a specific method of washing to remove the residue of "laboratory" or residues of welds, the oils that lubricate the processing machinery and any other fat residual of processing that can be found both in the tanks and in the machinery that have just come out by suppliers.

Soon we will give you more updates on the growth of our brewery!
