Fried fish and Birra Antoniana Pasubio

Fried fish is a simple but delicious dish and it's perfect for an happy hour with Birra Antoniana Pasubio.

Even if it is a quite easy recipe, we give you some advice to make it a special one.

 

Ingredients for 4 people: 

  • Shrimps 500 g 
  • Cleaned squids 500 g
  • Salt q.s.
  • Durum wheat semolina q.s.
  • Seed oil q.s.

 

Wash the fish and dry it with some kitchen paper. Bread the shrimps and squids separately with durum wheat semolina (remove the excess with a sieve). Heat up the oli to 190°C. Fry the fish ( it takes 2 minutes for the shrimps, 3 minutes for the squids). Once it reaches the browning, drain and dry it with some kitchen paper. Finally, salt and add some lemon slices. 

Open a bottle of Pasubio beer and that's it! Enjoy!!
