Birra Antoniana ai Tadi and hamburger made of...

Weekend is coming up...How to get the better out of it? With a good fresh beer and a tasty hamburger!

 

To prepare this tasty hamburger the cooks of QuBe Hamburgeria (Jesolo, VE) have used:

 

- Sesame bread
- Ostrich mincemeat ( from the Antiche Mura breeding in Jesolo)
- Crispy bacon with flavoured with paprika
- Goat cheese from Veneto
- Zucchini to the plate
- Omelette with zucchini flowers
- Tartar Sauce

 

Preparation: 

To prepare the hamburgers, take the mincedmeat and create the medallions (we suggest to moisten your hands before starting). First you have to create some balls as big as an apricot and then you have to flatten them to a thickness of 2 cm. Once you have created the hamburgers, saison with salt and pepper and then put in the fridge for 20', so that they soak up all the flavour.

 

For the bacon: lay down the bacon on a nonstick pan or plate (don't overlap the edges). Cook over a medium flame without preheating the pan. After 7-8 minutes, when the bacon will start to curl, turn it. Remove from the fire and flavor with some paprika.

Once it is cooked, lay it down on a piece of paper to absorb the excess fat. 

 

For the zucchini flowers omelette: in a bowl, batter the eggs with milk, salt, pepper. Heat the pan with a little olive oil, then pour the 2/3 of the compound. Add the zucchini flowers radially and pour the remaining 1/3 of the eggs compound.

 

Finally, finely cut the zucchini, dip them in the oil flavored with salt and garlic and stir fry them.

Now there is nothing left apart from filling the bread with the ingredients, alterning a layer of cheese with one of tartare sauce.

 

To crown it all, take a sip of Birra Antoniana ai Tadi.
